Great location with friendly staff

I had a pleasant three-night stay in a Double Room, enjoying the hotel's superb location just a short walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras. The room was compact but clean, which is all I really needed as I was out exploring most of the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped for my liking.

The central location makes it a breeze to reach the major transport hubs. considering London’s size, it’s a real advantage. The historic architecture and the tall regency windows provide a lovely view onto a tree-lined square, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Rooms are quite small, and the noise from the streets can be intrusive, especially at night. The cleanliness left something to be desired. dirt was noticeable in various areas, and there were issues with poorly functioning amenities such as a malfunctioning shower. The corridors are a maze and could feel a bit claustrophobic, especially with narrow stairs steeping down into confusion.

Request a room away from common areas to ensure a quieter stay, especially during peak times when noise levels may rise.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved being so close to Kings Cross and visiting the British Museum and Camden Market. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in. Definitely recommend for a fun group trip!
